Registration Terms and Conditions for Online and In-class courses for Therapon Theological Seminary & Bible College (TTSBC)
Space Is Limited: Register Early!
Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Spaces for participants enrolling in each or all courses are limited to 50 occupants for the Bachelor program and 30 occupants for the Master program per course. This limit excludes self-study courses.
Class Auditing
Auditing is limited to 5 occupants per semester, and a total of two (2) courses per program.
Guest Attendance
Guest are limited to two (2) classes per semester.
Payment
Payments for all classes must be received in full before the start date of the course. Participants registering with a special need should follow up with their instructor to ensure timely payment. For payments involving third party sponsorship payments, call 281-545-7500 ext. 2006 for further instructions.
Refund Policy
Request for refunds must be submitted before the start of a face to face class and 24 hours before the start of an online semesters. Virtual seminars and self-study online courses are nonrefundable. Registration fees are nontransferable.
Event Cancellation
TTSBC reserves the right to cancel any course because of low registration or events beyond TTSBC control. In the unlikely event of cancellation, registrants will be notified and offered the option to switch to a different course or receive a full refund.
Professional Development Facilitator
TTSBC reserves the right to substitute event facilitators in the unlikely event that the facilitators listed cannot conduct the program. Substitution of event facilitators is not a cause for refund.
TTSBC facilitators may receive honorarium for presenting at a TTSBC learning events.
TTSBC facilitators agree to present materials and contents that are educationally sound for the learning event and will provide timely feedback on a participants progress. Proper citations and permissions have been used and granted. If a facilitator’s proprietary interests are present in the learning event, TTSBC will post this information on the event's webpage.
Certificate of Completion
TTSBC provides certificate of completion with hours of professional development for each course participants complete.
Learner Records Privacy
In signing up for a Therapon Theological Seminary & Bible College, TTSBC requires you to provide a certain amount of your personal data. Your privacy is especially important to us. TTSBC Privacy Policy specifically details what information we collect and how it is used.
